I took James Allan's "As a Man Thinketh" literally. Another interesting, and for me applicable book is Finite and Infinite Games. I considered targeting to be an infinite game, played in infinite space, with the rules evolving as the game is played. It's helped tremendously in terms of keeping perspective on this horrific monstrosity which targeting is. I also stumbled upon a Science of the Mind workbook, which gave me some ideas in terms of where I wanted my mental development to go. Trillions of dollars of technology and man power is no match for the well-trained mind connected to DIVINE MIND.
